Information on the Exhibition

General

The tabletop exhibition runs alongside the conference and will provide an important opportunity to network with all conference participants and speakers.
The exhibition will be held on the same floor as the plenary room, but in the space where lunch and coffee breaks will take place.

Exhibition Space

The exhibition will be made up of tabletop displays. Clarion Energy will provide each exhibitor with:

1 high table
2 high chairs
1 Electricity connection point

All props should be free-standing and not blocking any emergency exits. Leaning them against walls or blocking emergency exits is not permitted.

AV / Internet

Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. Should you require wired internet connection for your stand, please contact Lena Hartandi-Niesen.

AV Equipment
To rent any additional audio/visual equipment (such as a TV monitor), or for any general questions regarding Wi-Fi and/or AV equipment for your stand, please contact Lena Hartandi-Niesen.
