Kent Blom is an experienced industrial leader with over 20 years of management experience across various sectors, including mining, off-highway, automotive, construction, and the pulp and paper industry. Throughout his/her career, [he/she] has always maintained a strong focus on sustainability and building a future-oriented business strategy, often serving in VP/COO or CEO positions.

Since 2022, he has been working as the Executive Vice President at Arctic Paper Group, where he also serves as Managing Director and board member of Arctic Paper Grycksbo AB and Arctic Paper Munkedals AB. Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Directors at Munkedals Kraft AB. In this role, he focuses on strengthening the company’s sustainability goals and optimizing operational efficiency.

Prior to joining Arctic Paper, from 2020 to 2022, he was Managing Director at Meritor HVS AB in the motor vehicle industry. Before that, between 2018 and 2020, he served as COO/Production Director at Consolis Strängbetong, a company in the construction sector.

A significant part of his career was spent at Atlas Copco (Epiroc), where he held various management roles from 2008 to 2018, including General Manager and Vice President of Production. As Managing Director and board member and Vice President of Operations.

His first leadership role was as Manufacturing Department Manager at Emhart Glass Sweden AB from 2005 to 2008.
