General Information


What is European Industrial Energy Days?

European Industrial Energy Days unites all stakeholders from the energy intensive industry and provides guidance on how to manage energy strategies and stay competitive through the sharing of international best practices, innovations, and solutions in fields such as CCUS, Hydrogen, Electrification, energy efficiency and CPPA’s.

The conference targets the hard-to-decarbonize heavy industry sector, including steel, cement, chemical, paper, and glass, as well as light industries such as manufacturing and services. With 2 days of exclusive networking and a comprehensive programme, the event brings together high-level industrial energy representatives, energy-, sourcing- and plant managers, sourcing the latest services and solutions to support their business strategy.
 



When and where does the event take place?

From 12-13 March 2025, at TOBACCO Theater, Nes 75-87, 1012 KD Amsterdam, The Netherlands. More information
 



What are the Event Opening Times?

On both 12 & 13 March, European Industrial Energy Days opens at 08:30. For information on all opening and closing times, click HERE.
 



Other useful information:

Wi-Fi: During the event, there will be open Wi-Fi available for all visitors. Access details will be shared on-site. The network will be able to support basic internet functionalities only.

Cloakroom: There will be a cloakroom service available next to Registration. It will be open during event days from 30 minutes prior to and until 30 minutes after opening hours.

First Aid: In case you need medical assistance at the venue, please go to the event staff or venue staff for further assistance.

Accessibility: The Venue is wheelchair accessible. However, to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees, we kindly ask that any wheelchair users or individuals unable to use stairs inform the Organiser in advance. This allows both the Organiser and the Venue to take the necessary measures to ensure full accessibility and accommodate any specific needs. If you require assistance or have any accessibility concerns, please contact us ahead of the event so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Registration


How can I attend the event?

You can attend the event in Amsterdam as a Conference Delegate or you can be part of the event as a Sponsor, an Exhibitor or a Partner. 



Is the event free of charge?

Registration as a representative of a Large Energy User Delegate is free. However this is via a vetting process, post registration. You can register here as a Large Energy User.
 



What are the payment methods available?

You can pay for your registration by bank transfer or credit card. You can select the payment method during the registration process. 
Please note, bank transfer will only be available until the 25th February. Any registration purchase made after that date can only be paid with credit card. 

No payments will be allowed on-site, at the TOBACCO Theater entrance, so please make sure to pay online before entering the venue, and bring your confirmation e-mail with you, so you can print your badge onsite, if you have not already done so.

I am a speaker. Do I need to register for the event?

Yes, you need to register for your Speaker / Contributor pass via our Registration Portal. If you have any questions about your participation, or need a registration please, please email Patrick.Bauduin@clarionevents.com
 



I am an Exhibitor and/or Sponsor - do I need to register for a Sponsor / Exhibitor Pass?

Yes, all exhibitors and sponsors need to register for the event via the Exhibitor Portal. If you have any questions about your participation, get in touch via  info@european-industrial-energy-days.com
 



I have registered, but I didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail. What can I do?

Please check your Spam Folder for the confirmation e-mail. If it is not there, send us an e-mail at info@european-industrial-energy-days.com and let us know which e-mail address you registered with, so our team can help you.
 



I made a mistake during registration. How can I edit my information?

On the confirmation e-mail you received after registering, there is a link that allows you to edit your registration details - click on that link to access the registration form and make any changes. You can also log in here.
 



How do I get my Badge to access European Industrial Energy Days?

One week prior to the event you will receive an e-mail from the organisers with a link taking you to your Badge. This will be a PDF document which you can print at home or bring with you to scan and print onsite. We do recommend you print your badge prior to arrival if possible to avoid any registration queues. 

This Badge once printed will ensure entrance to European Industrial Energy Days 2025, on both days of the event. Please do keep this badge as although re-printing will be possible, it may cause delays.
 



When does registration close?

You can register for the event until 13 March 2025, 15h00 CET, using our registration page (online).
Make sure to register online before entering the venue, and bring your confirmation e-mail with you, so you can scan this at the self-service stations and print your badge. 

Please Note: Registration on site is not advised, to avoid long queues. In addition, to register onsite you will need to provide us with either a valid business email address or official business card prior to entry at the venue.
