How can I attend the event?
You can attend the event in Amsterdam as a Conference Delegate or you can be part of the event as a Sponsor, an Exhibitor or a Partner.
Is the event free of charge?
Registration as a representative of a Large Energy User Delegate is free. However this is via a vetting process, post registration. You can register here as a Large Energy User.
What are the payment methods available?
You can pay for your registration by bank transfer or credit card. You can select the payment method during the registration process.
Please note, bank transfer will only be available until the 25th February. Any registration purchase made after that date can only be paid with credit card.
No payments will be allowed on-site, at the TOBACCO Theater entrance, so please make sure to pay online before entering the venue, and bring your confirmation e-mail with you, so you can print your badge onsite, if you have not already done so.

I am a speaker. Do I need to register for the event?
Yes, you need to register for your Speaker / Contributor pass via our Registration Portal. If you have any questions about your participation, or need a registration please, please email Patrick.Bauduin@clarionevents.com
I am an Exhibitor and/or Sponsor - do I need to register for a Sponsor / Exhibitor Pass?
Yes, all exhibitors and sponsors need to register for the event via the Exhibitor Portal. If you have any questions about your participation, get in touch via info@european-industrial-energy-days.com
I have registered, but I didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail. What can I do?
Please check your Spam Folder for the confirmation e-mail. If it is not there, send us an e-mail at info@european-industrial-energy-days.com and let us know which e-mail address you registered with, so our team can help you.
I made a mistake during registration. How can I edit my information?
On the confirmation e-mail you received after registering, there is a link that allows you to edit your registration details - click on that link to access the registration form and make any changes. You can also log in here.
How do I get my Badge to access European Industrial Energy Days?
One week prior to the event you will receive an e-mail from the organisers with a link taking you to your Badge. This will be a PDF document which you can print at home or bring with you to scan and print onsite. We do recommend you print your badge prior to arrival if possible to avoid any registration queues.
This Badge once printed will ensure entrance to European Industrial Energy Days 2025, on both days of the event. Please do keep this badge as although re-printing will be possible, it may cause delays.
When does registration close?
You can register for the event until 13 March 2025, 15h00 CET, using our registration page (online).
Make sure to register online before entering the venue, and bring your confirmation e-mail with you, so you can scan this at the self-service stations and print your badge.
Please Note: Registration on site is not advised, to avoid long queues. In addition, to register onsite you will need to provide us with either a valid business email address or official business card prior to entry at the venue.
